Tile Effect Shower Panels — DuraLock T&G

The premium 7000 Series uses the DuraLock tongue-and-groove system to create watertight, grout-free joints perfect for shower enclosures, wet rooms, and full bathroom installations. The composite core provides a rigid, high-end finish.

Step-by-step guide

1. 1

   Prepare the surface — ensure walls are clean, dry, flat, and structurally sound.

   Measure and cut panels to size using a fine-tooth saw or circular saw (face-side down).

   Apply panel adhesive to the wall in vertical strips, 300mm apart.

   Click the first panel into position, ensuring it is plumb using a spirit level.

5. 5

   Engage the DuraLock T&G joint by clicking subsequent panels together at a 45° angle.

   Seal all internal corners and perimeter edges with the matching colour sealant.

   Fit trims and profiles to finish external corners and ceiling/floor junctions.
